Was it cold at the beach? Listen to the howling wind on my video and then tell me what you think. Daniel was itching to get out to the water and ride his skim board. It was way too cold for me, so I stood at a distance and filmed. Eventually, he jumped in and splashed around like it was the middle of summer. Kids!?! You'll notice no one else from our party was in the water, though. I love the beach as much as the next guy, but it was freaking freezing Mr. Bigglesworth!
On a side note, we measured Daniel tonight and he is officially taller than me now. Do you know how that makes me feel? Proud and yet defeated...he's only 12!
